Peg teeth, congenitally missing teeth, retained baby teeth, partial congenital anodontia, max/man, unerupted, impacted canine #6


Treatment Plan
Rehabilitate occlusion, aesthetics, reshape teeth, restore missing teeth, comprehensive orthodontic treatment, reshape/adjust crowns as treatment progresses, implants and crowns as needed and when possible
